How Tape2Digital Works

Step 1

For simple orders fill in our Get a Quote Form 
If your request isn't covered by this, or you have further questions before starting the process, get in touch via the Contact Us page and we'll be happy to help!



Step 2

We can arrange a time with you to drop your tapes off in person or you can post them.

If posting please send your tapes tracked or by courier and package them securely.
 
Please download the Order Form and send with tapes

Send tapes to 535 Chessington Road, Epsom, Surrey, KT19 9JB
(please inform us first before sending)



Step 3
 
We will contact you once we have received your tapes to let you know they arrived safely. We will keep you informed about your order.

Step 4

 Once we have received your tapes, this process usually takes around 7 working days, depending on how many tapes you send us. Any more than ten tapes can take a bit longer, depending on how busy we are.
 


Step 5

We'll deliver back your digital transfers along with your originals.
By Special Delivery or you can collect in person (via agreed time)
